Our refund policy
Readiness Rocks classes are kept intentionally small, which means an empty seat close to the start date usually stays empty. What you get back depends on how much notice we have.
The $50 reservation deposit holds your child's place and is not refundable at any point. Payment processing fees are not refundable either.
Everything you have paid comes back, less the reservation deposit and any payment processing fees.
Our classes are small by design. Inside two weeks we can rarely fill an open spot, so half of what you have paid is returned.
By the final week the spot is committed, materials are prepared, and the group is set.
How to cancel: email hello@readinessrocksrockford.org. The date we receive your email is the date used to work out the refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
If we cancel a class: should Readiness Rocks call off a session or an individual class, you receive a full refund for any classes not held, regardless of the schedule above.
Behavior and safety: as set out in the participation waiver, we may pause or discontinue a child's enrollment if the program isn't a safe or appropriate fit. Fees are not refunded in that case. We will always talk with you first — this is a last resort, never a surprise.
Missed classes: we can't refund or credit individual classes a child misses, including days they are kept home unwell. Please do keep sick children home — the waiver asks it of every family, and it protects the whole small group.
A separate rule
Toddler workshops are a single hour, paid in advance, and the $15 fee is non-refundable. The cancellation ladder above applies to six-week sessions only.
If you register and can't make it, please email us anyway so we can offer your spot to another family.
